1. Products & Orders

 

All of our products are handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance due to the natural materials we use. By placing an order, you agree to purchase a custom-made product. Production times and delivery estimates are provided at the time of order but may vary depending on volume and availability.

 

2. Payments

 

Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed upon (such as a partial payment arrangement). Orders will not be started until payment or deposit is received.

 

3. Returns & Refunds

 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, as each item is made to order. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

 

We offer local pickup and delivery options as specified at checkout. For shipped items, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Please inspect your items upon delivery and notify us of any damage or issues.

 

5. Use of Site

 

You agree not to use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

 

6. Changes to Terms
