Cancellation policy

At RBJ Woodworks, we offer purchase options such as partial payment or deposits for custom orders. Please review our policy below:

 

 Partial Payment / Deposit Orders

 

When you choose a purchase option involving a deposit or partial payment, your payment secures your place in our production schedule. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery.

 

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If you cancel your order more than 7 days before the agreed delivery or pickup date, we may offer a partial credit toward a future order, at our discretion.

• If you cancel within 7 days of completion or fail to pay the remaining balance within 14 days of notification, your order may be considered abandoned.

 

 

 Full Payment Orders

 

Orders paid in full at the time of purchase are considered final. See our Return Policy for more information.
