All sales are final. Because each item is custom-built to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will do our best to resolve the issue through repair, replacement parts, or another solution.
