t RBJ Woodworks, each item is handcrafted and made to order. Below are our shipping and delivery terms.


 

1. Processing Time

 


Production time will vary depending on the product and current order volume. Estimated build times will be provided at the time of order.


 

2. Local Pickup & Delivery

 


We offer free local pickup in Taylors, SC (near Wade Hampton Blvd). Local delivery may be available for an additional fee—please contact us for details.


 

3. Shipping (If Applicable)

 


Shipping is available on certain items. If your order qualifies for shipping:

 

  • You will receive a tracking number when the item ships.

  • We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier.

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.

 


 

4. Incomplete Deliveries

 


If we are unable to deliver your product due to incorrect contact or address information, we will attempt to contact you to arrange pickup or redelivery (which may include an additional fee).
