Thanks for your order—we’ve got everything on our end.

Orders are built in the order they’re received. You won’t hear from us right away, but that’s normal.

We’ll reach out when your order is getting close to being started—typically about a week before it will be ready.

At that point:

• Pickup orders: we’ll schedule a pickup day that works for you
• Local delivery orders: we’ll coordinate delivery details
